VUTEK HS125

INDIGO 10000

Indigo 10000 bridges the gap between conventional and digital print, allowing iTek to provide the most cost effective production method. Whether a short run, or a high-value variable data page, the HP Indigo 10000 covers a wide variety of applications. High productivity and superior quality make this equipment compatible with more than 3,000 different substrates including coated, uncoated, metallic, pressure sensitive and specialty plastics.

The Indigo 10000 complements iTek’s other existing HP digital press equipment, and conventional offset presses including 40” sheetfed and heatset web. Indigo 10000 is consistent with iTek’s strategy to transform traditionally printed communications into highly dynamic data driven marketing communications. The mid size press format allows an entire new arena of short run, high value print products and allowing iTek to migrate traditional offset communications to digital production without sacrificing quality. With the addition of this equipment, the luxury is the ability to print just one, or up to 3,000 of a 16-page book, and still be more cost effective than producing with conventional offset. INDIGO 7900

Indigo 7900 is flexible, technologically advanced high-volume sheetfed digital printing solution with intelligent automation, unprecedented quality, and productivity. It can print up to 120 letter pages per minute in full color, or 240 letter pages per minute in monochrome or 2 colors. The Indigo 7900 has a patent-pending Vision System, which allows for uptime to a maximum and operator error to a minimum. The quality that the HP Indigo can deliver is consistent images with a true look and feel of offset. On top of that it offers up to 6 ink stations, and supports a wide range of substrates, including coated, uncoated, specialty media, and even thick substrates such as folding cartons. Exclusively available is a white ink option, which enables the printing of high-value pages on specialized substrates, including transparent, metallic, and colored media.

KOMORI LITHRONE G40P

The Komori G40 is fully automated with 8 color units which allows us to print both sides of a 4 color process sheet in one pass, greatly increasing throughput speed and helping to reduce costs. In addition, the G40P utilizes a UV ink curing system which allows printed sheets to come off the press completely dry. With multiple varnish and coating options including gloss/satin/dull UV coating, soft touch aqueous and strike-through varnishing techniques you can create a one of a kind piece that will stand out from competition while offering a complete consideration for the environment all at the very highest level.

HP SCITEX 3600 INDUSTRIAL LATEX PRINTER

The 3.2 meter HP Latex 3600 printers support higher volume printing and an improved monthly duty cycle.The HP Latex 3600 is designed for even larger PSPs needing long-run, uninterrupted printing. It can handle production peaks of up to 35,000 square meters per month and is ideal for dedicated application production, such as banners, backlits, wallcoverings, and retail or event signage.

The 126” Industrial Latex Printer allows for a wider range of print media—self-adhesive vinyl, paper, wallpaper, PVC banner, and many other options. The press provides an outstanding image quality with 6 colors that comes out completely dry. For outdoor prints achieve a display permanence up to 3 years unlaminated, up to 10 years laminated that are scratch, smudge, and water resistant. The dual-roll capability lets you print 2 60-inch rolls side-by-side making production speed even more efficient.
